What is DISC?
DISC is a behavior assessment model used for decades by companies across the world. It's not so much a magical personality test as it is a framework for understanding how you may approach information and decisions differently than others.
DISC itself is an acronym for the four different traits being measured:
A simple assessment will measure your tendency towards or against each trait, and decades of study and refinement have let experts map specific expressed and unexpressed behaviors to certain traits. It may be just a framework, but it is constantly being refined with new research and data.
